Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Founding Plan is $149 per month or $1,490 per year. New accounts can start a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Starting the trial does not create a subscription or a payment obligation.

No automatic charge occurs when the free trial ends, and no subscription is created during the trial. The first charge happens only if and when you choose a paid plan, and it is charged at checkout. If you never subscribe, you are never charged.

You can cancel or resume your subscription through the Stripe customer billing portal, which you can access from Settings → Billing → Manage billing. This portal lets you view your subscription, update your payment method, and schedule cancellation.

Cancellation normally remains effective at the end of your current paid billing period. You retain access to the Service until that date.

After cancellation is scheduled, no future renewal charge will occur unless you choose to resume your subscription before the period ends.

Monthly payments are generally nonrefundable, and no prorated refund is normally provided for unused time during a billing period. Exceptions may apply where required by law or when BidSignal chooses to correct a billing error.

This policy does not automatically issue refunds. If you believe you were charged in error or were charged duplicate amounts, please contact us so we can review your situation.

If you notice an incorrect or duplicate charge, please contact us at support@bidsignal.pro with your account email and a description of the charge. Do not include your full card number in any message.
